Painted armorial — Bibliographic record for the original edition: Crespo, Bibliófilos Gallegos, 1962, t. II (A–F); p. 58 of that original has not been inspected. The passage was checked in the facsimile reproduction of that volume included in the 2.ª ed. Poyo/Gran Enciclopedia Vasca, 1982, p. 58. The complete 1982 edition was expanded to five volumes with additions N–Z, so it is not a facsimile in its entirety. It says torre «de piedra»; it does not validate the later regularization or a universal coat of arms.
